New York City… so great they named it twice

My best friend Crystal and I take a Girls Trip together every year.

This year…… New York City and Washington DC

Finally, got to see the Rockefeller Tree Lit up!

Infamous Red Stairs

Ready to see Nutcracker

Lion King on Broadway. We got tickets the day of and sat 5th Row Center. I highly recommend the show and sit close because the costumes are amazing.

They say pictures are strictly prohibited… but I could not resist.

Did some shopping in SOHO. I loved the Cobblestone streets. I was also able to go to the actual Piperlime Store and the Kardashian's DASH store.

A dream came true for Crystal and I. We got to the standby line for Live! with Kelly and Michael at 6:45. I have never been that cold in my line but was all worth it when we were able to make it into the studio.

After the show, we ran down so we could get a picture with Kelly. She was on the other side so I figured I would take a quick picture with Michael Strahan (former New York Giants Football Player). Kelly ran over and Photobombed our picture. How awesome is this!!!

Meet Phillip! He was our Bike Tour Guide through Central park.

After our bike tour, we walked over and waited 2 hours for some Frozen Hot Chocolate at Serendipity.

9/11 Memorial was such a humbling experience. I was able to attend Ground Zero when they had just broken ground for Freedom Tower. Walking around seeing the names of those heroes was a feeling I will never forget. They stick a single white rose in a person's name on their birthday, it just really made me grateful that I am able to celebrate my birthdays of my loved ones every year.

We walked the Brooklyn Bridge which was really fun to be able to see all sides of the city from it. We had a lot of fun taking jumping pictures on it.

After spending 3 very busy days in New York we took a 4 hour bus ride to DC to see some friends.

Clay and Brian took us to a local breakfast place called Ted's Bullitan. The atmosphere and food were devine. But the best part were the homemade Pop Tarts. We had 1 of each!

Was able to see a few monuments before it started raining too bad. But we were prepared with our cute Hunter Rain Boots.

I have been lusting after these Pink Hunter boots for a long time, but couldn't bite the bullet living in Arizona. So as soon as I saw that there would be rain in the forecast for DC, I ordered them immediately.

They will probably just sit in my closet, but they will sure be cute in there.

We stayed in "The Tramp House" with our friend Clay and his 6 roommates. They were throwing their annual Christmas Party that night. To say this party was incredible would be an understatement. So of course, we had to crash it.

I have always been jealous when I see pictures of people playing in leaves and wonder why we don't have leaves in Arizona. I was so excited I had to go play in them before I left.
How cute is my sweater that I got from the Zara store while shopping in SOHO!

This is Lance, our new DC friend. He dresses extraordinaire so I obviously had to put him on the blog. I told him it wasn't fair because he looked so fancy compared to me.
